WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Please review the risks, responsibilities, and permissions associated with participating in a NextGen Golf Events experience.

Assumption of Risk
Golf and golf-related events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and accidents involving golf carts, equipment, or course conditions. By registering for and participating in a NextGen Golf Events event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
Release of Liability
Participants agree to release, waive, and discharge NextGen Golf Events, its founders, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the host venue from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Medical Treatment
In the event of injury during a NextGen Golf Events event, participants consent to receive emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary by on-site staff or medical personnel.
Photography and Media Release
By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event and grant NextGen Golf Events permission to use such images or footage for promotional purposes, including on social media and this website.
Signature Required
A signed waiver will be required from all participants prior to or upon arrival at the event.
