Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or registering for a NextGen Golf Events event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for an event.
Event Participation
Participation in NextGen Golf Events events is subject to availability and any additional rules communicated at the time of registration or on event day. We reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to date, time, venue, and format, as needed.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, staff, sponsors, and venue personnel at all times.
Sponsorship Terms
Sponsorship packages, inclusions, and pricing are subject to a separate agreement between the sponsor and NextGen Golf Events. All on-course promotional activity is subject to prior written approval as described on our Sponsors page.
Limitation of Liability
NextGen Golf Events is not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law. A separate waiver and release of liability is required for event participation (see our Waiver page).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
